I had a really bad day at work yesterday, so to vent some of my frustration -- OK a lot of my frustration -- I decided to clean my entire house!!!

No food logging today because it was U-G-L-Y... Can you say too many sweets at the company meeting?!

Awesome day on all fronts!!

What a crazy hectic day... It must have been because it was Monday AND I had a final exam after work... I did pretty well on the food front.

Amazing calorie burn... Food choices, not so much :(
